Phase 4
On Feb 1, the Session voted to move into Phase 4 of our Phase-In Plan.
This mostly affects our large group auxiliary ministries of 21 people or more. Click here for up-to-date details on In-Person Worship.
The Session and Staff are creating a dynamic and flexible plan as we return to in-person events and meetings.
This is primarily a listing of the protocols with links to more information about the events themselves.

- Access to the pastoral staff via phone call or Zoom meeting. Email the office to set it up.
- The 8:00am Worship Service is livestreamed weekly on our home page.
- The Adult Sunday School Class, Doctrines of Grace: A Primer on Reformed Theology is livestreamed weekly on our Sunday School page.
- The Redeemer Explored Sunday School class (for prospective members) is available via Zoom from Feb 21 - May 2 from 9:45 - 10:35 am. Email Brian Gault to register.
- Some Growth Groups have Zoom availability.
- Some Women's Bible Studies have Zoom options.
- Mom's Bible Study: Large Group and Small Groups have Zoom ability.
- If you are interested in hosting a virtual group—Growth Group, Men's Gathering, Women's Bible Study, please email Brian Gault.
- Masks will be worn at Phase 4 events of 21 or more people meeting in the church.
- Outside events may be mask optional, while encouraging social distancing.
- Protocols for events at people's homes or off-site will be determined by the host and clearly communicated.

- Socially distanced.
- Enter the building through the covered entrance to the front parking lot.
- Ushers will take your temperature.
- If you attended the 8:00am service, you may proceed to Sunday School from the Sanctuary upon dismissal from worship.
- Exit the building upon the conclusion of Sunday School.
- If you are attending the 11:00am service, this enables the ushers to be sure you are properly seated and checked-in.
- Adult Classes:
- Redeemer Explored (for prospective members) will meet in the Fellowship Hall and also available via Zoom. Email Brian Gault to register.
- Doctrines of Grace will meet in the Sanctuary. No registration required.
- We’re asking everyone to leave the Sanctuary immediately at 10:35 to enable us to prepare for the 11:00am service.
- If you’re attending the 11:00 service, please go out of the Sanctuary and reenter through the narthex so you may be seated properly by an usher.
- Youth Sunday School (6th - 12th):
- Joint class will meet in the Youth Room.
- No registration required.
- Children's Sunday School (K4-5th):
- Classes will meet in various rooms divided by grade.
- Check in for ALL classes at the top of the stairs by the library. Check in begins at 9:35am.
- Weekly registration required to cap attendance at 8 children per room.
- Register on our In-Person Worship page.
- After Sunday School, please come pick children up in the classrooms right at 10:35am.
- Nursery will be available with limited registration.

Nursery Registration
- There is an 8-child limit per room.
- Register each week on our In-Person Worship page.
- Please cancel your registration if your family will not be able to attend.
Check In
- Please enter through the sanctuary (no other entrances will be available). After temperature checks, an usher will check you in, and then show your family to your seats.
- Please only bring bring your child to the Nursery check-in line (hallway behind the choir loft) AFTER being checked in and shown to your seat by an usher.
- For both check-in and pick-up, please wait at the designated desk outside of the Nursery (no caregivers will enter the nursery itself). A worker/volunteer will take your child to and from his or her class.
- Keep in mind social distancing as you wait in line.
- Please wash/use hand sanitizer on your children’s hands immediately prior to dropping them off.
Safety
- Temperatures will be checked for all childcare workers, volunteers, and children.
- Staff and volunteers will wear masks and/or a face shield.
- We're asking children over 2 to wear masks. (We will have masks available.)
- If your child displays or has displayed any of the following symptoms in the past 24 hours, please DO NOT bring to the Nursery.
- Fever
- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea currently or for the past 24 hours.
- Rash
- Constant raspy cough
- Sore throat
- Running nose that is thick or dark in color.
- Persistent cough or sneezing
- Eye infections of any kind.
- Any child exhibiting these symptoms will be separated from the rest of the kids while the parent is contacted to come pick up their child.

Rooted (9th-12th Grade): Sundays from 5:30pm-7:00pm
- Rooted will begin meeting on Sunday, Feb 14 in the Youth Room.
- We will meet until May 9.
- Pizza will be provided by volunteers wearing masks.
- Masks will be required when students are not eating.
- Students will sit in chairs that are socially distanced.
- Siblings and those who are not socially distancing from one another can sit together.
- We will not break up into small groups in smaller rooms.

Crossroads (6th-8th grade): Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:30pm
- Crossroads will begin meeting on Wednesday, Feb 17.
- Girls will meet in the Youth Room. Boys will meet in the Fellowship Hall.
- We will meet until May 5.
- Pizza will be provided by volunteers wearing masks.
- Masks will be required when students are not eating.
- Students will sit in chairs that are socially distanced.
- Siblings and those who are not socially distancing from one another can sit together.
- We will not break up into small groups in smaller rooms.
