What is Ethnos?

Ethnos is a member-led ministry of prayer and advocacy for missions as Redeemer Church joins the global mission of Jesus.

"Ethnos" comes from the Greek word meaning "nation" or "people."

Why Does Ethnos Exist?

TO PRAY FOR THE NATIONS
We meet monthly to pray for local and global missionaries and ministries, the persecuted church, and unreached people groups.

TO CARE FOR OUR MISSIONARIES
We keep in touch with missionaries about prayer needs and send notes of encouragement through cards, care packages, and e-mails. Visit our prayer page for detailed requests.

TO REMEMBER OUR PERSECUTED FAMILY
We pray with the global church on the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church and use the Open Doors app to stay up to date on current prayer requests.

TO REACH THE UNREACHED
We use the Joshua Project app for prayer points on specific unreached people groups. We also provide training and opportunities for Redeemer members to share the gospel—the love of Jesus—with people from unreached people groups and places.
