Upside Down began with this conviction: God’s word – by the work of the Holy Spirit and in the context of Christian Community – changes kids from the inside out and turns their worlds upside down.
For 10 weeks each school semester, our trained/screened mentors lead kids through memory making activities (Bible/Catechism memory, eating, playing, and singing) to disciple them towards repentance and faith in Jesus, build relationships with them, and encourage them to pursue spiritual, social, and emotional growth.
About 50% of our Upside Down children are visitors from the community. What a phenomenal opportunity for our church to be a blessing to our community through evangelism and discipleship!
