Second Saturday Serve

Vision: Sharing Christ’s love through regular & simple deeds of service.
We want to meet practical needs that arise inside Redeemer’s body, in our parish, or in our city, and we want to build a habit of service among Redeemer’s members by organizing monthly service opportunities.

Join us for June’s serve day as we care for the Broadmoor garden, the neighborhood around the church, help a neighbor, and serve a member in need:

4 Options:
1) Help at the Broadmoor Community Garden — planting / harvesting veggies, weed control, prepping beds, creating paths, etc: (good for families with young & older kids).
2) Walk the neighborhood, praying, greeting neighbors, & picking up trash — bags and gloves will be provided: (good for families with young & older kids).
3) Care for the a widow in the Broadmoor neighborhood — light maintenance projects on house & yard work: (good for families with older kids).
4) Care for a Redeemer Church member — routine yard work, weed control, and trimming of shrubs: (good for families with older kids).
