Mary Sanders moved to Jackson, MS from Denver, CO with her husband, Herb “Coach” Sanders in January, 2013. Mary, a retired social worker, was employed at Denver Human Services in Child Welfare for over 20 years and served as Treasurer at Antioch Community Church for 7 years. Mary and her husband Herb founded a non-profit organization in 1999, Full Count Baseball Ministry, where Mary serves as Treasurer, Secretary and grant-writer.
Mary enjoys running 5K races and teaches a Cardio/Strengthening class at First Baptist Jackson. Mary and Herb joined Redeemer Church in 2016 and actively serve in the church. In addition to her role in the office, Mary serves with the Congregational Care Committee as the Care Teams Coordinator.
