Join Hope Exchange as we care for the veggies, vines, and fruit trees in the Art + Soil Community Garden. The garden is a space for community and collaboration, for creation care and soul care, and for learning and networking. Help with regular maintenance: weeding, fertilizing, pruning and harvesting. We’ll also prepare new beds and plant new veggies. Finally, there are some upcoming special projects that we will work on during these days: a) running irrigation lines from a rain-water collection system; b) completing the fence gates; c) building a garden kiosk to share veggies and promote community events; d) building a privacy fence; e) painting and organizing our new garden shed. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
