How’s parenting going during the pandemic?

This spring, we’re going to do a book discussion group on Cloud & Townsend’s book, Boundaries with Kids. Drop your kids off at Upside Down (K4 – 5th) or Crossroads (6th – 8th) on Wednesday nights, and then head over to the book discussion to brainstorm with other parents about parenting centered on biblical wisdom and the gospel.

Brian Gault will be leading the discussion. He has 6 girls (19-11), and has failed a lot as a parent 8^) so he can tell you what not to do. Here’s his pastoral reading reflection on Boundaries with Kids.

Dates: We will meet 6 times: every other Wednesday, from 2/24 to 5/5
Times: 6:00 – 7:30 pm, simultaneous with Upside Down and Crossroads
Place: Room 103, immediately to the left as you enter the church under the covered entrance on the way to the Fellowship Hall.
Platform: We will meet in-person, masked and socially distanced.
Schedule:
2/24: Chapters 1-3
3/10: Chapters 4-5
3/24: Chapters 6-7
3/31: Chapters 8-9
4/21: Chapters 10-11
5/5: Chapters 12-14
Numbers: While space is limited, couples may come together. Since your spouse can sit next you, they don’t take away from others participating.
Questions:
 Email Brian Gault
RSVP: First come, first serve based on availability.
Because space is limited, we’d ask for you to be willing to read the book and commit to the time to sign up.
