This event is for anyone who wants to be better prepared for pursuing and maintaining healthy relationships across dividing lines. Ally Training, pasrt of Hope Exchange, serves two main purposes:
1) It helps us train and recruit volunteers for our upcoming development courses focused on job preparedness, financial literacy, and smart communication. Allies are equipped to offer humble and supportive friendship as they assist participants in our courses;
2) In addition, we offer this training to encourage other churches or organizations with the basics of asset-based poverty alleviation to inspire more collaboration and the creation of other wholistic services for low-income communities.
