Wright and Elizabeth Busching

It’s been a big couple of months for the Busching family since they moved to Tampa to start church planting in August. Between car breakdowns, Hurricane Ian, and settling in they have also had plenty of opportunities for ministry.

The Lord has connected them to several families who want to be a part of a new church in the area. They’ve been able to meet USF students and host RUF music team practices in their home. Wright was also able to preach at RUF in September. They continue to attend community events, build relationships with neighbors, and connect with others whose paths they cross.

They also shared some specific ways to lift them up in prayer: fruitful evangelism, connection with people who would be a part of their core group, their girls settling in and making friends, practical issues in the home (plumbing, electrical, etc.), and that the Lord would provide an affordable and accessible building to host worship when they reach that point.
