Holiday Prayer for Missionaries

Holidays can be lonely for global missionaries who are separated from family, friends, and familiar cultural traditions. But they can also provide wonderful opportunities to share the love of Jesus with others and a special time of celebration with indigenous Christians. Please pray for our global missionaries as they feel the “already, but not yet” tension of loving the body of Christ and longing for home. Pray also for missionaries who have been forcibly separated from their places of service as they long to be at home with brothers and sisters across the globe. But most of all, please pray that at home or abroad, our missionaries would get a glimpse of our true home, heaven, during the holidays.
