SUMMARY:Second Saturday Serve: Prayer for Students & Teachers AND Maintenance Day
DESCRIPTION:This event is open to anyone interested in serving others in a practical way. The August serve day will combine prayer\, practical tasks\, and planning. Starting with our very own Redeemer School\, we’ll walk the halls and into each classroom\, praying for both students and teachers. Next\, we’ll have a chance to pray for the other schools near our church\, for Jackson Public Schools as a whole\, and all the other schools just beginning their fall semester. Then\, we’ll perform some cleaning and maintenance at one of the church properties\, 630 Wellington Ave.\, where Hope Exchange and other groups meet. Finally\, we’ll conclude our serve day by making plans for September\, October\, and November serve days. Join us for the whole morning or any part of it!
