SUMMARY:In-Person Activities Suspended Indefinitely
DESCRIPTION:The Session met on Wednesday\, March 18\, and decided to suspend all official in-person activities until further notice. \nWe long for the time when we will be together again—in person. \nFor now\, our worship services are being recorded and posted\, many groups are meeting online (check the calendar below)\, and many of you are caring for one another through acts of service and connecting with one another through texting and calling. \nIf you have pastoral concerns and would like to set up an appointment with pastoral staff\, email office@redeemerjackson.com. Giving can continue online or through Breeze. Our church office is working remotely in this season\, and all our Coronavirus Updates are listed here.

SUMMARY:A First Glimpse at a Phased-in Return to In-Person Corporate Worship
DESCRIPTION:Moving towards a Return to In-Person Corporate Worship\nThe Session and Staff are creating a dynamic and flexible plan to return to in-person corporate worship. Here’s some key information: \n\nLivestreaming Available. We will be moving from recording our services on Saturdays to livestreaming the 8am service. A recording will be available immediately following the 8am service. Target Date: June 14. Livestreaming is an important platform to serve those who won’t return in-person in the near future in Christian freedom.\nOfficers & Families Test Socially-Distanced In-Person Worship. Working in conjunction with the city of Jackson\, and taking appropriate social-distancing precautions\, officers\, staff\, and their families may attend in-person corporate worship in order to work through any unforeseen blind spots or issues. Target Date: Sat\, June 6. We can test two services (8am & 11am)\, with the nuances of cleaning and disinfecting between services the following week\, on Sun\, June 14.\nA Return to Limited In-Person Corporate Worship. With appropriate social-distancing precautions and registration to help us plan each service\, we will will return to in-person worship. We will return with two services\, 8am & 11am\, both of which will be livestreamed\, and a recording will be posted immediately following the service. Target Date: June 21.\nThank You for Your Patience & Prayers. Please pray for wisdom as we navigate these unprecedented times. Our tentative timetable may change as various unknowns are discovered. We love you deeply\, and want to make our return as safe as possible.\n\n \nWe Want to Hear from You\nAs we continue to work through the details\, we are gathering information that will help us navigate specific issues as we return to in-person\, corporate worship in our sanctuary.\nWould you please take 3-minutes to fill out this survey?\nThe survey will close on Monday\, May 25.
