SUMMARY:Community Garden Workday
DESCRIPTION:Join Hope Exchange as we care for the veggies\, vines\, and fruit trees in the Art + Soil Community Garden. The garden is a space for community and collaboration\, for creation care and soul care\, and for learning and networking. Help with regular maintenance: weeding\, fertilizing\, pruning and harvesting. We’ll also prepare new beds and plant new veggies. Finally\, there are some ongoing special projects that we will work on during these days: a) running irrigation lines from a rain-water collection system and designing & building said rain water collection system; b) completing the fence gates for street-side perimeter fence; c) building a garden kiosk to share veggies and promote community events; d) building a privacy fence; e) building & designing an enhanced kids play area. All ages and skill levels are welcome. \nWhen: Thursday\, Jan 22\, 5:30-7:00pm\nWhere: 630 Wellington Rd\, behind the church building\nContact: Sylvia Legette \nPlease sign up below: \n\n\n \n \n \n \n Name(Required)\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Cell Phone(Required)Email(Required)\n \n Can you or anyone you know help with these upcoming projects?\n \n \n Installing an irrigation system\n \n \n \n Completing the fence gates for street-side perimeter fence\n \n \n \n Building a garden kiosk to share veggies and promote community events\n \n \n \n Building a privacy fence\n \n \n \n Building & designing an enhanced kids play area.\n \n Submit \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Δ
