SUMMARY:Resiliency: How Suffering Can Lead Us to Hope
DESCRIPTION:noun: resiliency\nre·sil·ience /rəˈzilyəns/\n1. the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness/grit. \nWhat a few years! Reformer Theodore Beza once said\, “Remember that the Church is an anvil that has worn out many a hammer.” How can we (both as a church and as individuals who have experienced a few “hammers”) persevere\, press on\, and become faithful and long-suffering? How does a Christian live out of the hope and strength we know to be ours in the Gospel? \nSteve Lanier and Zack Owens will lead this talk in the Sanctuary\, then we’ll gather for dessert in the fellowship hall. Childcare provided.\nFor more information\, please email Zack Owens at zowens@redeemerjackson.com or call or text him at 601.941.4166. \nLink to livestream below \n \nBe sure to sign up below for nursery and children’s activities (k4-5th). Hope to see you there!\n\n\n \n \n \n \n Name*\n \n \n \n First\n \n \n \n \n Last\n \n \n Phone*Email*\n \n Number of Adults attending*Number of Children for Children's Activities (k4-5th)*Number of Children for Nursery 0-3*Number for Dessert in the Fellowship Hall*\n Submit \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Δ
