DESCRIPTION:2019 Missions Conference\nTheme: The Meaning & Means of Mission\nSpeaker: Michael Keller\nA nursery is offered for every event.\nPlease RSVP with form at bottom. \nSchedule: \nFirst Session: Friday\, Feb 22\, 6:30 – 8:15 pm\nMessage & Reception\nMichael Keller\, “What does it mean to go on Mission?” John 4:7-26\, Sanctuary\nChildren up to 5th grade will dismissed before Keller speaks to the Youth Center for their own mission experience with Brent Kooi.\nReception\, Fellowship Hall \nSecond Session: Saturday\, Feb 23\, 7:30 am – 12:00 pm\n7:30 am: A Waffle House Breakfast (Families eat together)\n8:15 am: Michael Keller\, “What does it mean that the Church goes on Mission?” John 4:27-46\n(Children and nursery dismiss for their activities.)\n9:00 am: Work projects\nAdults and adolescents: Work events will focus on the Mission to Broadmoor houses\, the Broadmoor Garden\, and The Redeemer’s School. (Sign up on Form below.)\nChildren: The children’s mission activities will be located at Smilow Prep across from Redeemer Church. The children and adults will assemble much needed hygiene kits for MNA’s Disaster Response. After that they will enjoy fellowship and games and activities. \nThird Session: Saturday\, Feb 23\, 5:00 – 7:00 pm\nMissionary Panel & Fellowship Dinner\, Fellowship Hall\nA Chick-fil-A Supper (Families eat together)\nAfter supper\, the children will participate in their missions experience while the adults and adolescents participate in a and panel discussion with some of our missionaries (home and world).\nPanel focus: Getting into the Flow of Missions \nSunday Morning\n8:00 & 11:00 am Worship\, Michael Keller\, “The Plan of Mission and why you don’t do it” Acts 2:37-47\n9:45 am Sunday School: 4 workshops on Mission/Ministry related topics lead/taught/facilitated by 4 of our missionaries (2 world and 2 home).
